Emily Esparza, Founder and principal of Casa Esparza Consulting, is a seasoned executive with over 25 years in leadership development, talent management, and fostering inclusive cultures across startups, multinationals, and nonprofits. A Silicon Valley native and lifelong advocate for community empowerment, she has received numerous accolades, including the NAACP Innovation in Education Award and Ericsson’s Cultural Global Impact Award. Emily serves on various boards and committees, including the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley and San Jose’s Measure T Oversight Committee. A first-generation college graduate, she holds a degree in International Business and Foreign Languages from San Jose State University and is pursuing her Master’s in Transformational Leadership.
